INFORMATION PROVIDERS
pursuant to art. 13 of the Code regarding the protection of personal data
(Legislative Decree no. 30 June 2003 n. 196)
In accordance with the provisions of the Code regarding the protection of personal data (hereinafter, the “Code”), the undersigned Company warns its own the following suppliers:
AIMS ‘AND METHOD’ OF TREATMENT
The personal data will be processed, with or without the help of electronic means, for the sole purpose of carrying out the necessary activities to the execution of legal obligations or meet the obligations resulting from the contractual relationships in place and in particular:
supplier management, administration, accounting, orders, deliveries, contract management, payments, invoices;
managing any contentious;
selection in relation to the writing company needs;
fulfillment of operation, imposed by regulatory obligations;
auditing and certification of financial statements;
collection references during the pre-contractual information;
historical data storage;
NATURE AND THE CONSEQUENCES OF FAILURE
Providing personal data is optional. However, refusal to do so will lead to the present company it impossible to establish or implement the contractual relationship and that with any damage borne by the supplier.
REPORTING
Your personal data may be communicated for the aforementioned purposes, the following third parties who operate completely independently as separate “principals” of the treatment:
authorities, public authorities or institutions;
banks and credit institutions;
independent collaborators of the undersigned company, professionals, consultants;
contractors of the undersigned company;
the undersigned company customers;
companies belonging to the group Rimorchiatori Neapolitani, or with which is entertained a correspondence relationship using electronic means;
auditing firm;
whoever is legitimate recipient of communications provided by law or regulations;
In addition, personal data may be shared with managers (as third parties) whose work the present company employs in the relationship of supply of services as well as responsible and in charge of the processing of personal data (employees and / or associates of the owner) for the purposes mentioned above, the updated list of which is available at the headquarters of the owner.
RIGHTS
Article. 7 of the Code confers the power to exercise certain rights in its protection, such as: rights obtain confirmation of the existence or not of their personal data, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form; obtain the indication of personal data, the purposes and methods of treatment, the identity of the owner, manager, the persons to whom the data may be communicated or who can learn about them as managers or agents; obtain the updating, rectification, erasure or blocking of data processed in violation of law, as well as evidence that such operations have been brought to the attention of those to whom the data have been disclosed; object in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data, pertinent for collection purposes; oppose processing for the purposes of sending advertising material, direct sales or for carrying out market research.
